Pulling together broad-based coalitions and communities to advance complex health and wellbeing issues by raising awareness; connecting resources and services; advocating for policy changes; facilitating research; or launching initiatives to improve outcomes.

Big changes in health and wellness matters require an inclusive, strategic approach, with coordinated efforts from multiple sectors to improve outcomes for communities. Stakeholders from public health agencies, academia, nonprofits, governmental bodies, the private sector, and more need to come together to determine goals and the actions to accelerate meeting them.

The Reilly Group (TRG) is uniquely experienced in and positioned to pull together diverse coalitions and stakeholders to make  sustainable changes in your community (nationally, state-wide, or locally) through our Collective Impact efforts.

The process begins with a Landscape Assessment that identifies gaps, disparities, influencers, and challenges regarding the issue. This analysis provides insights and identifies recommendations that are in alignment from a wide array of leading experts, organizational reports, and expert convenings.

From this TRG can help build a “working group” of like-minded, invested experts and organizations to move the dial on the issue and build consensus on actionable goals and steps that can be taken to reach them.

In addition to helping Collective Impact partners build consensus and take action on goals, TRG supports issues and working groups to keep the momentum going by:

  • Creating and implementing a strategic roadmap.

  • Convening communities of learning to come together on critical topics (e.g. mental health, workforce development, and health equity).

  • Producing high level webinars and policy briefings.

  • Promoting innovation and research roundtables gathering key opinion leaders and constituents to improve outcomes.

  • Creating communication toolkits for working group members and their allies, including:

    • Talking points

    • Fact sheets

    • Social media posts

    • Op-eds

    • Blogs, reports and articles
