Tracy Cooley

Manager of Social Impact Projects, The Reilly Group, Inc.

Tracy Cooley brings 25 years of experience leading health education and advocacy campaigns to The Reilly Group in her role as Manager of Social Impact Projects. As a skilled communicator and writer, Tracy has authored numerous reports, blogs and bylined articles. She is an expert at helping advocates achieve their health policy goals through targeted outreach focused on achieving measurable outcomes. 

Tracy has a deep understanding of myriad marketing and communication strategies and tactics that can be leveraged to connect and engage with various audiences to educate and inspire them to take action. She is committed to working with a variety of stakeholders to identify goals and objectives intended to elevate and promote organizations and their issues to targeted audiences. 

Tracy has strong leadership skills to provide guidance and direction that will clarify every step on the path for all stakeholders while being open and attentive to formative changes guided by metrics and anecdotal evidence. She has endless energy and passion for working hard, generating ideas, tackling challenges, and building great teams. 

For The Reilly Group, Tracy supports a coalition that aims to turn the tide on the crisis of undiagnosed and untreated maternal mental health conditions in America. In addition, she works on a campaign targeting youth intended to tackle hate-based crime. 

Tracy received her master’s degree in Public Communication from American University, where she also served as a graduate fellow.  Prior to that, she graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of New Mexico with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism.  Tracy also has an associate’s degree in Marketing from the International Fine Arts College in Miami, Florida.
