Amy Hood

Manager of Special Projects, The Reilly Group, Inc.

Amy brings her expertise in project and team management to The Reilly Group in her role as Manager of Special Projects. She’s adept at creating and honing systems, processes, and operational workflows to get BIG things done. Her experience with large teams and complex projects helps ensure deliverables are met and goals are achieved and often exceeded.

Amy’s ‘super-power’ is taking complex issues and projects and creating understandable, easy to follow work plans. She is naturally gifted at managing projects and knowing the detailed steps needed to achieve results. 

In her project management roles, Amy creates and leads programs and events where audiences learn, grow, and are inspired to create change. She develops teams that  achieve milestones, while having fun and building trusted relationships in the process. Having a gentle, kind heart for service and a love of helping others, Amy has given generously through nonprofit organizations like the American Legion Auxiliary and as handler of her certified therapy dog Finlay, with Therapy Dogs International. 

Amy holds a BS in Merchandising Management, holds an Asana Project Management Certification, and is a Certified Master Virtual Assistant.
